AMARATI DESIGN S.A.S (Cali, Colombia), distributes products and services under the Amarati Design Jewelry Brand.

The processing and use of your personal data (name, date of birth, shipping & billing address, telephone number, e-mail address) provided in connection with (i) the order of a product or (ii) the completion of our Customer Data Form is used to carry out your order and provide our services and is therefore part of the fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art 6 Para 1 lit b DSGVO provided by the respective AMARATI DESIGN company of the country where the order is placed. Under no circumstances will this data be passed on or sold to third parties. For us to recognize you as a registered customer stated above will have access to the personal data you have disclosed. By checking the box to subscribe to our newsletter you consent to the personal data you voluntarily provide being processed by the respective relevant AMARATI DESIGN for (i) service and consultancy satisfaction surveys, (ii) event invitations, vouchers, and discount promotions, (iii) reminders when you have filled the online shopping cart but have not completed the purchase process, (iv) making contact with information about the availability of products a (v) making contact through Marketing and product information in connection with goods and services of AMARATI DESIGN (by e-mail, SMS and telephone). We store your personal data for a maximum of seven years after fulfillment of the contract based on company and tax law storage obligations. If you have only registered for the newsletter and are not an AMARATI DESIGN customer, we will store your data until you revoke your consent and for a maximum of three years after your last contact with us.

You can request information about your personal data stored at any time. You may also request that your data be corrected or deleted under certain circumstances. You may also have a right to restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to have the data provided by you surrendered in a structured, common, and machine-readable format. SECTION 2 - SHOPIFY is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application, on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only if is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
