Shipping 

Order Formalization
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If stock availability has changed, you will be notified via email with an approximate restocking date.

Order Cancellation 
Once the payment of the order has been made, cancellations are not accepted. Changes to the order can be made before shipment, provided they are products available In Stock. For products that have been ordered to manufacture, changes may only be made up to twenty-four (24) hours after the purchase.

Product Delivery
Amarati Design® commits to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated in the order from by the customer.
Amarati Design® will not be liable for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form is not correct or accurate.
Orders can be tracked through the websites of the shipping companies Amarati Design® has agreements with.

Loss of Shipment
In case of loss or theft of the package sent, it is the responsibility of the transport company, who will initiate an investigation process to find the location of the package and determine the procedure to request payment of the jewels contained in the lost package, taking into account the insured value.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns for items in new, unworn condition in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt, with the exception of sale pieces, custom pieces, and special orders. (Please note that we cannot accept earrings exchanges or returns due to hygiene reasons). If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please email amorteguiclaudia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to authorize a return or exchange. Once the item is received, a full refund will be issued or an exchange will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped with proper tracking, and we are not responsible for lost items. 

ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS, OR ITEMS RECEIVED AS GIFTS, MAY ONLY BE RETURNED FOR SHOP CREDIT.
